Non reply of legal notice does not amount admission of contents of notice,it may be supporting evidence.

No, it is a party who can initiate action and not lawyer.

If your spouse's lawyer sends you a legal notice and you choose not to reply, the sender may take further legal action, such as filing a lawsuit.

The party that has been harmed as a result of another party's behaviour has the right to initiate legal action against that person by sending a legal notice draft as a warning.

What happens if you don't respond to a law suit?

You Can Lose By Default: If you don't file a response 30 days after you were served, the Plaintiff can file a form called “Request for Default”.

The Plaintiff has to wait 30 days to file this.

 If the Plaintiff files this form, the Court can enter a judgment against you. The Plaintiff will win the case.

1 & 2 .if lawyer notice is. not replied it means that you have admitted it's allegations. 

3. Only spouse has right to move further. 

Norn-reply of the notice will be an added benefit to the author, if the author institutes a suit/complaint /petition against spouse.
