Parents and kids property law

My parents (both sr citizens) have two sons. The eldest is a divorce and is not willing to remarry. Me, my wife and 2 kids plus my elder brother and parents, all live in the same house. The house was earlier in the name of my grandfather, which he distributed to his 3 sons including the one we are currently living in. Our parents are very disrespectful. My father is very greedy and he has almost always asked us to leave for the past 7 years or so. My mother is very rude. Both of them are very disrespectful especially towards my wife. My elder brother blindly follow what they say. We had a big fight a few weeks back post which, while we are living under the same roof, we are not on talking terms. We initially thought of leaving the house and staying on rent but i thought - why, its also my house. Wanted to check what are my rights? Can they kick us out without our consent? Can the property get distributed only to the elder son without informing the younger ( have heard a lot about declaring it in newspapers). I believe they may be plotting something. Can they write a will without my name or legally do any recourse to hurt us?

Being self-acquired property of your father (received in partition) he may or may not allow you to stay with him, which is his personal decision.

You have no right, interest, claim or title in the house property.
