Complaint against LIC Housing Finance -Branch Manager

Dear Collegues ,

I visited one of the branch of LIC Housing Finance Ltd at Chennai . I submitted my three years income -tax returns.

In the branch , there are lot of touts and there is interconnection between managers and these touts.

But , I approached the manager directly. He said that i am not eligible as I have filed my 2008-09 IT return only on Feb 2010.

I replied that I have fild the IT within the statutory time permitted under IT department and there is no lapse and contravention on my part.

He refused to entertain my application by citing there is unwritten instruction from their Asst.General Manager's office at Chennai.

When I asked under which rules of LIC Housing Finance is quoting the same but they are still not answering my complaint through e-mail.

I am having Rs 75 lacs of LIC current policy and regular Income-tax payer. No answer is received from the GMs office as on the date.

To whom I have to complaint ?

1. Under Consumer forum

OR

2.Under  RTI Act

oR

uNDER iNSURANCE OMBUDSMEN.
