i want case laws on providing police aid. in my own case i had temparay injunction wid me but the defendents are still obstructing me. i had given a police complain bt police told me to brought order from court. i had filed an application in d court for granting police aid. it is at the stage of order but hon'ble court told that, it is not possible you go to police station but i have already gone through that. finaly court told me to bring case laws about granting police aid for cultivation. plz help.me for case laws and give me advice i m a first year law student junior of you all.
