I had taken my property from Sahara agent many years back of Sahara City homes but he was not helping me to sell the property even if I had the buyer. Last year he told us that he would take it from us. He agreed to pay only 2 lakhs premium for the ready flat.
I was in USA and he got all the papers from my dad on pretext that he will only transfer once he does the payment. In between he and another representative of teh builder got together and got transfer of the flat. The transfer required bank authentication of signature which I had not provided but still they got it transferred.
Now there is due of 6 lakhs and teh agent is harassing my dad and not taking his calls etc. Is there anythig I can do legally for this 420 fraud. This happened last month only.
Please suggest and let me know what more information I can provide.
