Caveat herein sustained

Caveat enterted on November 2009 for mortgage.  Caveat withdrawn on October 13th 2003 to hatch off 13,310 sqft but not put back.

New Caveat entered 26th June 2017.  Old Caveat for a mortgage cannot be placed on title because of new caveat.  Court rules no evidence of old caveat on title thereby caveat is herein sustained.

What is the quickest way to put old caveat?

Old and new Caveat ? no meaning. A caveat is a type of statutory injunction preventing the registration of particular dealings with real property. Additionally, a caveat acts as a warning or formal notice to tell the public that there is an interest on the land or property for a particular reason

The facts posted are too confused and disjointed that any real suggestion is impossible.
