Is lawyer can give legal openion on land documents

Hi, can anybody guide me, can a lawyer (Not-Enrolled) give legal openion on the land documents to his client while purchasing a property, because I am engaged in corporation taxation works.

Quick Summary
A law graduate who hasn't enrolled as an advocate cannot legally practice law, which includes providing opinions on land documents. While they can offer advice based on their degree, it cannot be considered formal 'legal advice'. For professional legal opinions on property matters, it's necessary to engage a qualified and enrolled advocate.

A law graduate who has not enrolled as an advocate cannot practice the legal profession, giving an  opinion to the property related papers is also part of the legal profession.

He is not a lawyer now. You can engage an advocate if you need.

Such a person may give his/her opinion / advise, which cannot be termed as "legal advise" despite the fact that s/he has degree in law.
