If a person is falsely implicated for abetment to suicide in a suicide not found from the deceased, and the police directly files an FIR, what legal recourse does the so called accused have ? Or does he need to face trial directly??

1. In legal circumstances, there MUST be a motive for "abetment to suicide" which must be proved beyond doubt. Police will investigate and could file discharge note (negative report), IF the police investigation is convinced.
2. The case can be watered down, by proving that the person was of unsound mind and depressed, hence he committed suicide due to his own hallucinations and that false allegations are made in the suicide note.
