Accused is on bail in a FIR U/s 323, 325 & 506 and she has filled criminal complaint against complainant to Magistrate on same incident in which she is on bail by twisting the story in her favour and hidding the facts that a FIR has lodged and she is on bail and facing trail in Court.
Is it fit case for cancellation of bail.

The matter is about giving bail to him. Not cancellation of bail given to her.
Though bail in matters of bailable offences is a matter of right, courts have, if bail is misused, the discretion of cancelling bail.
