Can runner up be winner according to bpmc act 1949
I am a runner up in ahmednagar mahanagar Palika n my opponent is the winner but he is about to get disqualified for false certificate so can I be declared winner according to section 15 of mumbai prantik mahanagarpalika act 1949.please I need help of a lawyer regarding this
