please tell me about the right of a great grandson in the property of his Lt. great grandfather who has died intestate living behind the grandfather(alive) and father(alive), the property is now in the name of the grandfather(alive).
Lt. great grandfather has 3 sons out of which one son is the gradfather in question(alive) and grandfather also have 3 sons out of which one son is the father in question(alive) father has only one son i.e. the great grandsaon in question who wants to claim his share in the property of his Lt. great grandfather who has died intestate.
The number of children, not the number of sons, is the critical figure here. Property will go to all the children of the great-grandfather who are alive in equal proportion, and to the children of those of his children who are not alive.
