How compulsory to adhere during notice period?

Hello Sir,

I resigned and is on Notice period for 3 months in TCS Baroda, Gujarat.

My question is,

1) Is completing daily duty hours is compulsory in Notice period?

2) Do I have to attend my duty daily?

3) Am I suppose to work daily after coming in office?

Kindly solve my confusion regarding above 3 questions.

1) Is completing daily duty hours is compulsory in Notice period?

YES, NOTICE MEANS A CONSTRUCTIVE MEANINGFUL NOTICE AND NOT MERELY A FORMALITY IN THE NAME OF NOTICE

2) Do I have to attend my duty daily?

YES , ELSE THE EMPLOYER HAS A RIGHT TO INCREASE THE NOTICE O PERIOD BY THE DAYS NOT PIT IN

3) Am I suppose to work daily after coming in office?

YES

Now the real situation is that even if u dont do all this the company may not insist on its legal rights! The question is WHY??

Because any Good Company like TCS wud not like to have anyone who has taken his soul out of the Company
