Hi,
I have applied for a Passport earlier in Guwahati Passport Office and in the application I have given incorrect DOB and Place of Birth by mistake. But I have not submitted any proof/document for the same. The passport was not issued to me.
I have reapplied for a fresh passport in RPO Bangalore with all correct information this time with supporting documents. They have struck my passport and asking for a court order for issuance of the passport. Kindly suggest on this matter.
