After 9 yrs of marriage and after 498a & DVC cases are compromised, If a building is gifted by brides parents and registration was done on both daughter & son-in-law names, whether the rent comming on the propety has to be given to the daughter? does this come under streedhan? whether this registration can be revoked? Who will have the legal right on the property and also the rent?

you both are joint owners of the property and also have equal share in the rent coming out of it
