    sir, i want legal help for my brother. my brother is a central govt employee ,he did joined his job in 2007.he did complete his LLB Degree from Bangalore University in 2011 without taking permission from his employer,because his employer does not give permission up to four years and because he was preparing civil judge (junior division ) exam ,if he did wait for permission then he could not apply due to over age for exam.my Qs is that Is he is eligible to write PCS -J Exam based on his LLB Degree?he did used his all EL/CL every year for his LLB Degree . can he give resign from his present job after selection ?becoz now he has financial problem ,please give advice that what legal difficulty will arise in this case? if he selected.is there any supreme court ruling regarding this matter?pls suggest what should he do.he is very much eager to do job in judiciary side,he is not satisfied with his job.     but sir meri query yah thi ki according our constitutional kya general category ke liye decayed ki gyi age se over age wale obc, sc, st category ke candidates ki merit general category ki cut of mark ke jitne marks wale obc st st candidates bhi general category ki seat par selecte kiye ja sakte hai kya otherwise general category ki seat par selected obc, st, sc candidates ko age me koi benifit milta hai kya ?

    Dear Sir this is to bring your kind notice that i have resigned from my company by putting two monts notice. sir i have recvd the salary slip for the month of sep 2011 but the amount has not creadited in my account,whrereas my last working day is 26th oct 2011. when i apporached then they told me that salary will come i Full N Final. So requested to you that it is really very difficult to survive without salry for two months, so pl suggest me that what to do. Regards Anil

    A charge sheet was given in Jan 2007 to me and after inquiry a penalty/Censure was imposed on me as on 9/10/2009. Further I have made an appeal to the appellate authority and I was exonerated from all the charges in Aug 2011. I have given a departmental interview for the promotion in 2006 and 2008 and qualified both the interviews.But due to charge sheet the letter are kept in sealed envelope Will the department give me promotion with 2006 without considering the imposition of penalty which was imposed against me by CVC approx 2 years for which I was later on exonerated in Sept 2011?
