hey i am a law student with Delhi University. i realized that Teachers are not woken as per the definition given in Trade Union Act.. so i m wondering how do we have n entire union of them in Delhi University called DUTA...??? is there any other law that governs it ?

Respected PS Dhingra, CEO and Consultant Sir, I have already posted these query on expert column seeking your answers. When there is no response I write this pm to you. Kindly give me a suitable answer As per my query posted - Query - 1 I applied for divorce in 2002 within 3 months of my wife's desertion and I got a decree of 700/- pm for pendeteliite maint under u/s 24 and 300/- pm for case expense 27/02/2003 until the case finalise. But I ignored that due to my wife filed two cases - 498a and 125. ( in 498a she defeated, in 125 she won a experte order) Am I defaulter for ignoring and not paying the ordered amounts to her ??? Am I still bound to pay the amounts ??? what may legally happen to me now ??? Query - 2 Under 125 she got experte order of Rs. 500/- pm on Apr 2004 from the court of civil judge junior division. I appeal for revival the experte in district court session judge as it was order in my absence but the court rejected the same on 13/06/05 . I was told by my advocate to take care of this order after get notice. Stil I have not got notice. I on query I found that the case had been close as I was not available in my home. I could not start the monthly payments. My advocate told me that it can be revived by applicant (my wife) only as the case is closed. How this problem can be solved ?? She threatened me to arrest again for this. Should I revive the old divorce case or file a fresh case ??? Is there any harm for me ?? Sir, apart from above query I want to express my all desires and my position. “I married on 1992. Retired from The Army Service in 1997. After retirement I started a smart business and enrolled my two sons LKG in English med school. My wife was sexually corrupted and started desertion. Her last desertion was Feb 2002 leaving the two minor sons with me. Now they 16 n 17 yrs of age. This time I could not bring her back after several efforts. Within 3 months I filed a divorce case as mentioned above. She was supported by my enemies and anti-social elements. Her aim was to kill me to gain my property and pension. For my sake and future of my sons I left my native village and staying as in exile for 10 years. Now I want clear my ways for society life as the children are becoming of matured ages. Earlier I have read some cases fought by you and found very nice. So I expect a suitable response from you. Your’s faithfully Dharani

Hi, I was working with a MNC with no service bond and got an interview call from a PSU where they asked if i had signed any service bond with my current employer and i answered in negetive as there was no bond that i signed with MNC but after interview, i changed my company and in new company i signed service bond for 2 years and when i just joined this company, the psu selected me and gave me appointment . . now i wanna pay the company and get relieved of bond but i dont want to show this in the declaration form of the PSU... now the PSU is asking in this declaration form that whether am i under any bondage or not?? help in telling what should i do?? and if i dont show now..would there be any legal implications on me or case of termination of service for concealment of facts?? i have to resign from my current organization..but i want to be sure whether revealing the bond status to psu won't lead to unemploymment as if i resign n reveal n psu says they have to withdraw offer... what would i do?? i would be left unemployed..

i am working as a lecturer in a permenantly nongrant institution. i was selected through a selection committee consisting of university members ,subject expert and institution personnel.i have qualified NET examination.college didnot mention the nature of appointment ie contract in advertisement .it only mentioned "REQUIRED FULL TIME LECTURERS".WITH QUALIFICATION.THEY MENTIONED THAT PAYMENT WILL BE AS PER UGC NORMS.after selection collegegave me order in which it was mentioned that "you will be appointed as a lecturer for 2 years and after completion of this period conract will be terminated.during this period only i got approval from university that i am on probation for 2 years and my services may continued ie i may be regularised after 2 years.i was given a fixed salary of 8,000 Rs. .i have completed my probation 2 years before and from last 2 years i am serving in same institution but college has not issued me a continuation letter also they promised me orally that my salary will be increased as per society norms .other teachers are getting 25000 Rs. for the same work with same qualifications.i demanded continuation letter and incrased salary but no response is from the institution.what should i do now? is my service be considered as regularised automatically? can i claim salary as per ugc norm with arrears? plz do reply.
