    Dear dhingra, i sree working for big company, i having one issue,i loved one girl we moved like anything,she promised me going to marry eachother suddenly her parents force her to marriage earlier she canceled few but she coudlnt escape now. her engagement also happen last middle of the month,marriage date fixed feb 6.im unable to contact him even i mail her she didnt reply anything or message anything. What i suppose to do know.im unable to handle this pain or pressure. plz help me sir

    HELLO Sir, I need ur precious advise regarding: a sale deed was registered in 1974, regarding an open site and a home. but in panchayath property register book, the purchaser's name was entered only for HOME and not for OPEN SITE, for open site someone's name was entered as it is his inherited property and till today he paid the tax of that land, the tax payer and purchaser both have the possession over the disputed open site. now in panchayath, there is no documents available prior to 1974. QUESTION IS WHETHER THE SALE DEED IS VALID OR THE TAX PAYER IS THE OWNER OF THAT OPEN SITE AS HE PAID THE TAX AND HAVE POSSESSION? IS THERE ANY CITATIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER?

    If plaintiff is asking for STAY ORDER (Mandatory Injunction), and Court is not giving STAY after 4 hearings date. Than, 1. Is it possible that Defendant can continue their work on which P is asking stay? 2. Under which clause of cpc this can be possible?

NOW UOR X-LANDLORD HAS SOLD THE PREMISES TO RE-DEVELOPER BASED ON BORIVALI.   • Pradeep says : Correcting layout plan in Panchayath
    I am planing to by one site in bangalore city..Its DC converted and approved by gramapanchayath and a khata issues from panchayath .In the Layout plan site number is missing and another one site number is repeated.Due to this there is mismatch in boudary of the site between lay out plan and Deed agreement.and in the Deed agreement the address of the seller is missing.there are three previous owners . One of the lawyer told me that rectificaton needs to be done but the previous two owners are expired.and rectification is diificult.Is there any possibility to correct typo error in the layout plan.All three boundaries of the site is correct but in the east side the site number given in deed and lay out plan is different. How to correct the layout plan. Please give me advice on this .
