dear sir, i think you got my confusion through my early messages. but in bsnl dept. they told me that you can claim for the same when you complete your higher studies or when ever you can, but now you people are confusing me. can i concern with any bsnl departmental experts for a transparent answer for the queries.

my case is registered in Bihar and we are in remote area in my case the i/o is corrupt and taken a bribe of rs 50,000 from the husband family. he did not even made inquiry. 1. whether court will fully relay on i/o and give the judgement 2 if not pls quote reference or cases to refer 3. is there any possibility of changing i/o 4. for justice we met sp of dist he guide fast action despite he doing nothing and helping in geting bail to all accused and even deleted a name on false claim she being 12 yrs and heart patient but the truth is she is 14 1/2 and have no ailment we have proof. thank you urgent pls guide me how to tackle the situation

i want ur help sir,i have one house which registerd in name of my fathers grandmother,she is died,if my father want to sell it, without informing me ,is it possible,i have younger brother,my father want to transfer all property to younger brother,i want half the property of that is it possible,after my marriage due to some family problems i am out of home,i want half my property,question is that my father transfer his property to brother alone,and he can sell without me.help me out,suggest me saome provisions sir, regards, NEERAJ MOURYA

Hi Sir, I want your help, I gave an written exam for Probationary Officer of one nationalized Indian Bank, In which i was shortlisted for interview. Later i gave interview i was awarded very less mark i.e 5 out of 30. I scored gud marks in written + Group Discussion but in interview i was given only 5 marks by panel of 4 people. I have doubt there may be some discrimination or mistake happened while checking or collecting my marks. I seek information RTI Act and asked for the criteria followed while calculating interview marks, and asked them how many candidates were awarded marks => 5 . Their CPIO replied me such information can't be sought under Sec8(1)(j). and did not gave me information. Sir, Can i ask for the interview criteria,and marks detail. Please suggest...Thank s in advance.. Plz Plz Sir
