    hello sir, i have got few calls from unknown number couple of month back for asking my personnel/permanent address i ignored the calls. few days back i got a letter from employement exchange office where i had my registration ..they told me that a unknown person is asking for my permanent address(through RTI).and according to section(11) of RTI act 2005 they need my concern to forward my address/document to him...i am scared sir that someone wants information/copy of my domicile for misusing or for harming me or my family...what legal action should i take in this regard against this person to enhance my security/safety ..thanks sir

    Dear sir, This is regarding the land. sir jo meri land hai mein uski nishan dai karwana chahta hu aur patwari keh raha hai ki sajra nahi. hum kya kare kuch sahi nahi pata chal raha aur hum is kaam ke piche pichale 3 yrs se lage hai lekin koi guidence nahi mil rahi. please guide me in urgency

    My mutual divorce is case in family court. not in hc and suprem court. i have separated more than 3 year and also completed three months cooling period of mutual divorce case. .i have no lawyer in mutual divorce case .How to prepare advanced pettion on metual divoce based resent judgement of 142 aricle ? i need good advance petion to convice the court for easily divoce( skip 6 month cooling period ) . Wat are point added to the pettion , i need good fomat.
