    sir my grandfather had made aregistered will for distributing his property to his three sons for his own earned land in gulbarga district.after 15 years my father had applied for the mutatation of land according to the will instructons, but even after 3 months the case is pendiing and gone to tahsildar offce for hearing.but the notices they have send reached us after two days of actual hearing this happened thrice,In between my father expired due to oldage illness,his two brothers have already expired , so now according to the will all the three sons are expired,and only their wives are still alive. please advice me now whether the registered will gets dissloved or still it stands and their succesors or wives caan claim rights of the property. what is the procedure for claiming the property . regards dhiraj

    Hello Sir, My previous Company, a BPO based in Kolkata has cheated me and all of their employees (around 20) by not paying 1 month's salary to few and 2 months' salary to the rest. The company had started operating in June 2012 and was closed down in September 2012. The reason they have shown for non-payment is that company did not receive revenue from their overseas client. The owner of the company says he is no more associated with the company. The ED, CEO, asst to the MD and his legal advisor are playing blame games. Previously, they provided salary in cash and never provided us salary slip, however, we all have our offer letters printed in company letterhead. They had promised to provide appointment letters after completion of 3 months of work. However, the people who were about to complete 3 months were terminated just before the completion of the period. And the rest did not complete 3 months and company was shut down. I, personally had joined as an HR Executive in August 2012 and had received that month's salary, but my September salary is still due. The employees are of the designations- Process Managers, Quality Analysts, Shift In-charges and Agents. For the past 2 months we have been repeatedly demanding our salary but they are bluntly refusing by telling- "Do whatever you want to do." We are in deep trouble, don't know what to do further. Few of the employees have decided to file an FIR against the company, but most of us are clueless. Please help. Thanks.

    IAM ELDER SON OF MY FAMILY AND I HAVE 1 SMALL BROTHER AND AND 2 ELDER SISTER...AS A RULE I GOT ALL THE INHERITED PROPERTY OF MY GRANDFATHER..BUT MY PROBLEM IS THAT AS A RULE EVEN I SHALL GET THE PROPERTY THAT MY MY PARENT HAVE PURCHASED APART FROM THE INHERITED PROPERTY OF MY FORE FATHERS..IAM READY TO SHARE MY PROPERTY WHICH ARE PURCHASED BY MY PARENTS TO MY YOUNGER BROTHER APART FROM MY INHERITED PROPERTY...BUT MY 2 ELDER SISTER ARE CLAIMING THE PROPERTY SAYING THAT IT NEED TO BE DIVIDED WITHIN 4 DIVISION FOR EACH OF US AS IT IS NOT INHERITED PROPERTY AND AS A CHILD EVEN THEY HAVE GOT EQUAL RIGHTS AND OPPURTUNITY EVEN THEY ARE GIRL..IAM NOT AT ALL AGREE WITH THEM...I SAID PROPERTY MUST BE DIVIDED WITHIN BOY AND GIRL SHALL NOT HAVE A RIGHT TILL BOY CHILD IS PRESENT IN THE FAMILY AND THAT CHILD IS ME AND MY YOUNGER BROTHER...MY PARENTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MY SISTER , BUT REALLY I DONT WANT TO SHARE THE PROPERETY WITH THEM PLEASE HELP ME GOOD SUGGESTION AND AMICABLE FINAL SOLUTION WITHIN LAW.
