Amarnath says : Organization not relieving
Dear Sir, My Name is Amarnath. I have resigned from Facilities and Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore from the post of Assistant manager and have served my notice period of 30 days from the date of resignation. Today 19.01.13 is my last day of the notice period. This firm I am working in being a consultancy(construction field) I am working in the project site and I was to be relieved from the site and the site relieving letter had to be signed by the project in charge. But when I approached our project manager my relieving from the organization was denied also I have been told that if I dont agree to continue with the organization I will not be getting any settlements/experience certificate. I tried contacting one of our Director who did not answer my call since morning. Later I spoke to our Managing director who also mentioned that I will not be relieved untill a new person joins as a replacement to my position. Also I have not been paid for the month of December 2012 as per the company policy after resignation till date. Request you to kindly advice me on this. What do I need to do? Please advice. I have done all my assignments properly closed out all my duties, I have handed over all required data and details to the concerned. Regards, Amarnath

Dear Sir, just for your about the on-line chat we had on LAWYERS CLUB regardin my divorece sir,i want to discuss my divorce case.actually m a muslim girl married to a hindu guy in july,2010 since feb 2011,m at my maiden place due to harrashment form my in-laws i have filed 498,DV n 125 against my husband n in-laws in oct 2011 but he has not accepted the summons yet. now he has filed a divorce petition in family court under HINDU marriage act sec sec12(i)(c) along with sec7 o 13(i)(i-a). we got married as per the hindu rituals n den got it registered with the local muncipal council under rule6 of maharashtra marriage registration bureau. now,he claims are marrieg to be NULL n Void as there was no conversion..but we dont have any idea about this conversion? wat shud b my defense.. kindly help me on dis.. thanks in anticipation.. regards, Heena

Hello Sir, I have a property in Delhi. And the Question is. There are 2 wills A & B. A has executed a registered will in favor of B and then B has executed an unregistered will in favor of C. A died and B also Died. Now C is seeking the probate of WILL executed by B. whether it is correct or not and whether the probate shall be granted to C or not if not why what is the reason please tell and if YES how ?? Also need the JUDGEMENT to prove it to be TRUE.. Please reply me the above query as soon as possible... waiting for your positive reply .. A died first then B died.. please can u send me some JUDGEMENT to prove it to be correct i need a needful Judgement on this issue .. A WILL is not probated and now B's will is produced in court by C for the probate will C get the probate .. please send me JUDGEMENT ON this clause...

We are logistic and transport service provider . On the request and behalf of our customer we have made payment to thier vendors thorugh our accounts . To do this we have official comunication from their officials and company e mail id . For this activities we have signed an agreement and sent to them but we did not get duly signed copy . but we have confirmation from their employees that they receive it and within short span they will send it back to us . Unfortunately few employee left the company for their own reason and few who dealt with us are still in the company . Now when we are asking our invested money then companys top officials are denying for payment and saying that they dont have as such agreement and only company s MD finance can sign and execute this kind of agreement. we have produced all the evidence ,communication proof , mail support and agreement copy to them but they are denying the responsibility to pay . I just want to ask in such case what legal rights we have against the company so that we can get our hard earned money back from the company.
