  • ANKUSH says : judgement reserved since last 4 months
    Hi In a rent matter of my client - the judgement was reserved for more than 4 months ago in hon'ble Delhi HC after final arguments were complete (by a single judge bench who has subsequently been transferred to another bench after hearing final arguments). Now in case my client mentions the matter before the judge or his court, chances are - he might get annoyed, & adverse judgement is passed, else we keep on waiting? Now kindly advise on below queries: 1. What's the way out & what should my client do next? 2. Are there any guidelines as to till what time the judgement can be reserved? 3. What if (extreme case), judgement goes against my client - can he go in for a revision or appeal to a larger bench of HC only (before moving to Supreme Court) citing this fact that there was inordinate delay in pronouncement of judgement & same was kept reserved for over 4 months? 4. Or in such case there is no option but to appeal in SC? Kindly advise Regards

    My name is deepjot singh. I got your mail id from lawyers club india . I need your help to resolve in my problem actually I have changed my name from Deepak to deepjot. In my all documents my name has changed its Deepjot Singh. But in my educational documents its Deepak. Now I want to go abroad So problem is that I want to apply passport with the name DEEPJOT SINGH. Is it possible and will it create any problem if I apply for E PASS (employment pass) In abroad now I want to know that can its necessary to change name in certificate also? Or its possible ? sir I am very upset so kindly tell me whole process. I will be highly thankful to you for this act

    can majority members give application not to allow bachelors one and more to the police so that member can be stop to sublet the flat also can the police refuse to give the NOC from there side on the base of society application

    Dear Sir, Can u pls let me know if a armed forces person dismissed from service through court martial and COAS also rejected his appeal in dec 12, will he be able to file a suit in AFT Tribunal after a period of more than one year and if yes, under which section. Pls guide me, its urgent.
