Dear Experts, I wished to know the status of the Power of Attorney executed in favor of two persons would be, on death of one of the power of attorney holder! You are requested to cite judgment(s) that clears my doubt on this issue. Thanks

Respected Sir, I have an inter caste marriage, and my father in law in convenience with some others have managed a false and forged Nikahnamma and have filed Criminal Case u/s 494 IPC in two different courts although the alleged marriage has been challenged by my wife through a Civil Suit before the Magistrate and the Magistrate have issued a stay order in this regard abstaining them to use that forged Nikahnama for calling the applicant as wife on so called nikkahnamma. From one magistrate the case is committed to the District Session Judge and the other is before the magistrate we have requested the magistrate to dismiss the other case as the same case is under trial before the session judge and also the occurrence is not in his jurisdiction. He has asked us to show any document/law proof in this regard to show my powers that I can dismiss the case. So please help me through legal advice and also a reference of law. +91-9697299721

Dear sirs we had made an partnership agreemen for some deal which did not work out and someunder hand dealings were not cleared so we didnt clear cheque of 8lakhs,he has made acase under 202,and we were summonedunder crpc 160 by the police staion to appear within 7days but we did not recieve the compalin filed by the party,we rquested the police station they are not giving us copy we are trying to et from court,we are worried if we appear under crpc 160 the police has power to call us and detain us or arrest us in 160 and 202 could please clarify if they can arrest and what is necessary step is hould take, the summons are for 3partners 2partners are my daughter and wife,an wea re all at mumbai and amtter is at gujarath where we have branch office can you suggest some good solution sunil

sir i was working in enggineering college for 3 years but i left the job without serving notice period. but at the time of joining the college they did not informed about resigning process and any type of bond ,and i did not signed any official paper regarding terms and condition of college .But after quit the job they tell " you did not inform college or show one month notice . They threthend me about they file the case in court. please suggest me suggestion so that i can get rid of this situation.. thanks
