    Dear Sir, What would be components of notice pay if the appointment letter is silent regarding notice pay in the following case : A company requested an employee to submit his resignation and not serve the notice period. The candidate is working as a manager. Salary breakup is as follows : Basic - 11500 H R A - 4600 Transport Allowance - 4600 Medical Allowance - 2300 Gross Pay - 23000 and PF deductions only. Total take home pay is 23000 minus P Tax and PF. As per the terms of his appointment letter nothing has been mentioned regarding notice pay except that one month's notice shall be given by both sides after confirmation. Employment is confirmed. My question is what should be the notice pay at the end of the one month. What should the notice pay be for full and final settlement of the candidate - should it be only basic salary or salary last drawn i.e. 23000 minus P Tax and PF. Please respond urgently. Thanks in advance.

    We are four child to my father, I have two sisters and a brother. My father was the only son to my grandfather. properties came from grandfather's father. My father gifted one of the property to his wife with love ( his only wife and my mother) in 1966 after we were all born and minors at that time. my grandfather was died at that time. My mother recently made a will to his son neglecting the daughter's on this property. Can i claim on this property for my part on this?

    Hi Sir , I have been previously helped by lawyers club , i really appriciate the forum . Unwantedly I am again in a situation where i need your suggestions . I applied my brothers visa last month thru a travel agent by making advance payment of Rs 10,000 . Visa was refused and without my prior permission agent kept applying for visa again and again keeping me in dark ( i made them very clear on first refusal that i dont want visa now ) For one month he kept troubling me by false statements , half of the time they dint pick my calls neither they updated me the status .When i visited his office to collect passport he assured me that he wont charge anything and will refund my whole amount as it was his mistake due to which i had to suffer . Till now he have not refunded my amount , neither he is picking my call nor he is replying to my messages . When i visited his office his tone changed telling that u dont need to come here . I will deposite my self . Can i file a case in Consumer court ,what are the chances suing him ? Please suggest the money i gave him are hard earned and i want to teach lesson to such people Regards
