    my friend eloped(ran away with mutual concent) with a minor girl 2 years back,now she is adult and staying with her husband,they have 1 year child but that time her parents lodged fir on him IPC 366A, if they go back(surrender) what will happen(police and court what will do) please reply

    Sir I have been joined onew of psu 1year ago. Before that I was service apprentice in railway for 12 months. Due to ignorance I wasn't. Gave any noc nor I have resigned from railway.also in railway I got stipend for 11 months & so I had assumed that there was no noc needed for psu job. Now what will happen if my present employer knows this matter by any means? What kind of penalties they will give me?

    I have teken amembership which is offered by plot but i observed the temporary agreement is totally different which has signed by me with comparing by executive words. finally we have withdrawn the membership and took the cancellation letter by same person who has signed on agreement copy. but this company is extending the dates to refund the amount. can you advise pls.
