    Dear sir/madam, I've taken education loan 3.8lakhs on Nov 2008 from INDIAN BANK. I did my B.E aeronautical engineering (2008-2012) but still i dint get any good job. I am working in a BPO industry for 12k salary. I don't have any family support because my father passed away when i was 12year kid. Now i am the one who is taking care of my family. So i am unable to pay my education loan even after completing my graduation. Recently i got a notice from INDIAN BANK that i should appear in court. On behalf of me my mother appeared in court and judge said to pay the education loan with in 6months. I don't have any source to pay the education loan of 3.8l within 6months and before getting any good job, Sir. Wat punishment i will get if i don't pay my education loan. I don't have any idea about wat action The bank and the court will take against me if i cant pay my education loan, Sir. Please give me ur valuable advice, Sir Thanks, Kumar

    1. My wife filled 125 Crpc 1 year ago, her cross is also done she is refusing to join matrimonial house ,i have filled RCR in the month of may-2014 against 125 Crpc, after my Filling of RCR she filled false 498a on me and also on my parents we got AB after that charge sheet filled on me only i had attended 2 hearings in criminal court and the parallel y in family court 125crpc and RCR is running, 1 and half month back magistrate pass the order to us to stay both in a separate home on 1 month trail base after that she again refused to stay in with me her lawyer said that will give for objection for this but still they not submitted objection ...without submitting her objection her cross is going on ..............please advise me where it will end...

    Dear. my property is renta. approx 2 year and party is not retain my property.hi is not give my property. and all so state my property.my property agreement is fines . we have not renewal. and hi is go court and suit file.and is till court .i have no other opposition. is sa court give sum time that i will retain this property.and same part is give my second property 3 (year) rent agreement. and 2(years) GEB minimum light bill.agreement to GEB. and is not pay my rent and minimum bill, after approx 6 month. we have give three notes . so pl give any advise and related judgement. pl help me.

    dear sir,if you remember i had asked this query few months back,just to refresh.....three years back in college,police filed a case of ragging against us,my name was not mentioned by victims but i was also arrested as i was present in the hostel vicinity,the case is going in magistrate court,i have got offer as po in psu bank and after advice from you and other experts on this site,i mentioned the status of the case ,all this while (approx 4 months)the bank said nothing,now when i called them they told that with pending case no allotment will be given.........sir is there any defense available...am unsure when case will be over.....another of my friend in same case was given conditional job in another psu bank....how the rule of appointment changes in both cases....finally is there any explicit law or judgement which supports my case(job with case pendency) or goes against it,i have been searching,but could not find..thank you sir
