    Respected sir/madam, I am a student ,my passport expired 6 years ago and it was issu when i was 2 years of age.I had a different date of birth in my school as i was born in the month of JUNE 98 and now i have passed my class 10.My board certificate has dob 28 mar 98.Now i want to reissue my passport with the dob of my board certificate.Some of agents have told to file a civil suit in this case which will take time and some have told that u only need the dob certificate for which you want to reissue your passport.I do have both the birth certificates.Now im quite unsurd what to do,do i file a case or just go to the passport office with my birth certificate of the dob which is in my board certificate.i have to get my passportas soon as possible as my SISTERS marraige is next month.Plz guide me what to do and if i file a civil suit regarding this matter how much time it would take.May god bless and fill your life with abundant happiness to help me,and plz if any lawyer coluld help me in this case.Im from AGRA.     Hello Sir My last organization has issued a releving letter with my releving date as 10th Sep. I had to serve a notice period of 90 days from my resignation date(12th June),however I served a notice of 50 days. I paid off the recovery amount for the 40 day period which they asked in F&F. The F&F clearly mentions my last working day as 31stJuly. I joined another org on 11th Aug,and now as the releving date mentioned on the letter is 10thSep, the bgv team has raised a dual employment scenario. Is it possible for my previous organization to show my releving as 10thSep,even when I had paid off the notice period recovery amount? I tried to talk with my prev.HR about issuing a new releving letter but they say now it can't be changed.Can I take a legal recourse and force them? Please help as I'm stuck with this thing, even though I have done everything possible at my end.

    Hello Sir, My father had financed a CAR from nationalized bank an year ago. But now we are going through very bad financial crises and we have a hug amount of loan at our head. some local Financers took our car (not bank people) tomorrow is our date at court and we do not have a car with us. Local financers are threatening us and even tried to use force against us for their money. Due to which my father is not in delhi to attend the court date. But we the tentative location of car. Can you please suggest us what to do in this kind of situation

    I had completed my graduation from Lotus Bausch & Lomb Institute of Optometry at Coimbatore. After graduation we were told and signed to do compulsory bond for 1 year. But as i was pregnant i could do at that time and postponed it to the next year. However, after 1 year the institue cancelled the bond for all. But they are insisting me to do the bond or to pay Rs 120000. All my 10th and 12th certificates are with them and they are not returning I know that the management is playing andthey have already given the certificates to some students even without paying or without completeing the bond. Please advise me on how to get my certificates. If i can legally complaint aginst this and how long the process will take.

    A PROPERTY WHICH IS MY GRANDPAS FATHERS... MY GRANDPAS 2 SISTERS SAID LIKE WE DONT WANT BECAUSE WE ALREADY GOT OUR SHARE... BUT ONE SISTER SHE IS ASKING FOR SHARE... SHE GOT MARRIED BEFORE 1953-1954.... SHE OWNS ANY LIABILITY ON PROPERTY?
