    Respected, sir/madam, my name is amit which is mentioned on all may documents like 10th and graduation and other documents but on my caste certificate and caste validity certificate it will be ameet it is a spelling mistake. I made an affadavit for that problem like these two names are not different persons they will be same and correct name is amit from 10th certificate In the front of executive magistrate. I will selected in bank exams this will create any problem during document verification. My caste certificate is 15 year old please suggest any solution for that problem.

  • feathers says : Medical benefit to employee injured in murder attm
    One of our employee recently submitted medical reimbursement claims for his dependent child. the dependent got admitted in hospital upon receiving injury in a murder attempt as mentioned in the FIR. the matter is subjudice. As per the MLC report, the dependent was admitted in the hospital with injuries on his neck, his blood also shows substantial alcohol content. Our Medical rules are silent on these kind of issues, moreover CCs medical rules are also not very clear on this. Does the employee is eligible for medical reimbursement from Office (govt psu)? Kindly advice. please cite any similar cases also

    my friend is jain girl. she will done 1st divorce degree at may 2010 but she marrige in aarya samaj in nov 2009 as a unmarred now 2nd marriage was not sucsess coz boy is not good person drunk and afair with other girl will try once for mutual divorce but he did not agree that time so now what can be do to null or void of second marrige and what is prosiser for that and how much time 2 get

    Sir In filing of a suit, can in the plaint apart from the facts, a fact in issue be put up in a questionnaire form against the defendants? For E.g. A fact is already proved to be against the defendant, but it needs to be highlighted so that they answer to the question specifically in the form of Leading Question, for which the answer be only in form of Yes/No.?
