My meternal Grand father is Late H Sanna Somappa Died in March 1975 My Grand Mother is Late Gangamma Died in June 1997 They have 10 childrens 1.H S Hanumanthappa -Died in March 1985 at the age of 52 years –Married 1955 2. H S Parvathamma Alive – with 3 Childrens age 72 years as of 2015-Married 1956 3. H S Revanasiddappa Died in 2004 at the age of 62 years – 3 Childrens (1 Expired ) –Married in 1966 4. H S Nagarajappa Died in 1996 at the age of 51 years – 5 Childrens Married in 1966 5.H S Jayamma Died in 2012 at the age of 66 years -5 Childrens (1 expired ) Married in 1959 6 H S Heggappa Died in 2006 at the age of 59 years -5 Childrens Married in 1968 7. Akshay Kumar says : Need help immediate sir
My name is Akshay Kumar, currently located in Nagpur , residing in Maharashtra from the last 14 years & need some relevant solution on the way forward on this issue. I have completed 10th and 12th standard from CBSE in 1999 & 2001 falling under Ajmer Regional Office and was then named as “ Paritosh Kumar”. In 2007, I had changed my name from “ Paritosh Kumar” to “Akshay Kumar” in Maharashtra & declared in the Maharashtra Gazette, along with 2 newspapers ( one local & national each – originals available ) by following the true process. Since then, all my identities like passport, pan card, driving license, visas have been made on the new name i.e. Akshay Kumar. In my current organization, I am working with the new name i.e. Akshay Kumar since 2007 & now I need to get the marksheets and certificates with the correct name printed on mark sheets since I have got another job offer & serving notice period currently. Graduation mark sheets, till date, also reflect as “Paritosh Kumar” as the name change was done by my parents during graduation, hence the college said not to change the name in the interim of the course & do that later, which could never happen till date. As a consequence, I am unable get the name changed on my graduation mark sheets too because as per college/university, until the correct name reflects on the HSC & SSC mark sheets, they are unable to consider the application. I agree that the timelines have already passed & I am very late to come up with this issue to get addressed but since we have been out of state for so long, we never knew that the processes are changing and getting stricter to make the name changes happen. Part of the problem was there was no issue in getting hired in the current company also since they dint really question about that aspect, that’s how its been in the grave for 8+ years & now cropping up suddenly. Today, I have no way to feel secure in a job because my marksheets have different name & my new name is reflecting everywhere including all personal details like passport, pan card , work experience, house loan etc. It’s like living with dual identities which is very dangerous & promises lifelong hardships. Today, CBSE says nothing can happen after 15 years ( I don’t disagree but can’t sacrifice my future because of the lack of vision of potential issues ) PS –I know I have woken up late but this needs to be solved..Pls advise if you may , with a solution oriented message with possibilities. Dear Sir I joined an MNC 4 months back,first 3 months was quite normal but by 4th month they started toturing me without any reason, they tries to mentally disturbing me due to that i got ill and had lots of complications,like i feel weakness my platelets got down, i mailed all the reports to my boss, but the behaviour is same. Respected experts, The facts of my case are as follows, please advice me: 1. My department has a policy that on promotion a person have to mandatorily transfer in other state. As a result i transfered on promotion to M.P. 2. I challange that in CAT but CAT disposed off at admission stage by directing me in 3 days either join at M.P and give representation or remain at present post by forgo the promotion. 3. I appeal it in high court, hc dismiss it saying on transfer there is limited judicial review. 4. I file SLP in Supreme court, and court after hearing upheld HC order and says in order that it cannot excercise discretionary power of granting leave as per article 132 and dismissed it. 5. i come to know that SC held in various cases that dismising of SLP at admission stage means appeal not granted and there is option available to me to file review in high court. I will file review in high court on the ground that policy is not approved by competent authority that i came to know tomorrow and have documentary proof of it. meanwhile depatment forcing me to go M.P otherwise disciplinary action will be taken.now i have following questions in which i need advice:: a)IS CAT order upheld by HC is presently operational i.e. i can forgo promotion? B)CAn i write to department that it is my legal right to file review, please approve my leaves or allow me on same post holding my promotion C) If i forgo my promotion and then file a review in high court and explain to HC circumstances under which i have to forgo like displinary action, not approved my leaves, not giving me salary e.t.c.WIll high court give weightage to that?? I shall be gratful for your valuable advices.....

sir, I took an educational loan from SBT in 2007. Because of unemployment I couldn't pay the amount regularly, so the bank transferred the debt to Reliance ARC on jun 2015. what will be their next action?. can I have an option to pay by instalment? . loan period is 12 years after completion of the course. course was completed in 2011. please give me a reply.
