    THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS: THE STATUS IS AS BELOW: MR.X'S WIFE WANTS TO PURCHASE AND REGISTER THE NEW PROPERTY IN HER NAME NOW WWITH THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM HER DECEASED HUSBANDS HOUSE. AND WANTS TO MAKE A WILL STATING THAT THE NEW HOUSE WILL BE EQUALLY DISTRIBUTED AFTER HER DEATH. PLEASE INFORM WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE. AND AT LATER DATE IF THE DAUGHTERS WANT TO SELL THE HOUSE AFTER HER DEATH , "THE WILL" BE THE DOCUMENT OF TRANSFER THEN WHY IS A LEGAL HEIR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED. IN THIS PROCEDURE AFTER HER DEATH IF ONE OR TWO OF THE DAUGHTERS DO NOT AGREE TO SELL THE PROPERTY THEN THE OTHER TWO DAUGHTERS WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO BEAR WITH THEM. THE PROPERTY WILL HAVE NO LIQUIDITY i.e. DUFFICULT TO SELL. PLEASE ENLIGHTEN
