bank had offered OTS but full amount could not be paid .so it was failed.bank initiated auction of property. high court stayed recovery so in turn bank hold back auction..simultaneously,we applied also in DRT.
now high court has vacated stay.hence ,it is fear that bank would start auction..so,WE PRAYED TO lawyer to file urgent hearing application in drt ,so auction can be put to hold.
but our lawyer denies .he says after advt in newspaper for auction,thereafter,he shall file urgent application .in other words after image ruining in public ,he shall apply for urgent hearing .to press hurry ,he warns to change the advocate.
we are in dilemma ,pl advice
