Yearly Low incentive paid

As per company policy 35 day yearly incentive when certain conditions full fill with financial positions.


After satisfied all conditions company allow 15 days incentive.

Which is beyond the company policy.

Please suggest.

What type of action will take on company and Management.

Write under proper acknowledgment to good offices of appointing authority, MD under proper acknowledgment. Keep the record of delivery/POD.

Remain gentle and amiable…while in employment.

Hope you have the printed version of said incentive policy and performance record to establish your version and defeat version of company and management.

If good offices also do not provide any relief then you have the option to approach;

Grievance Redressal committee  if any in establishment

Employee’s/trade unions if you are/become a member for support and help

O/o Labor Commissioner (if you are covered by the def. of Workman) for conciliation and help

Inspector appointed under Shops & Estbs Act (if establishment is covered by the Act you are covered by the def. of Employee in the Act)

Inspector appointed under Payment of Wages Act (if you are covered by the def. of wages in the Act. This Act does not discriminate between Workman and Non Workman)

Civil courts

Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and having successful track record …and worth his/her salt..

Inquire at LOCAL labor court/CGIT/CAT/Civil Courts/School-education tribunal/HC/SC….and chose your counsel carefully..
