I was passing by PAU gate no 2 ludhiana and was on my Hero Honda bike. I did not saw the red light and passed it. In the mean time, one local traffic police person stopped me. I stopped there my bike there and traffic person asked me my License.I have givem him my license and he made the challan. I requested him not to make the challan but he simple ignored me. When he made the challan, he told me to sign the challan which i did not at that time. I requested him to return my license. I agreed before him that i did not saw the red signal but he simply ignored me and cut the challan paper. He told me to sign this but i did not. He cut the challan mentioning that client did not sign this. After that he became angry and asked me to show all papers. I was having all papers including pollution free certificate, insurance and RC. He further become infuriated and written one more things on the challan.i.e.rash driving which i objected. He told me that he has cut the challan for court and he give me the copy for that. Initially i did not receive that copy but thereafter i receive the copy. Now the second issue where Ludhiana traffic police mentioned that i was driving rash is totally wrong. Not only thet the traffic officials also spoken bad about my religion and told me mad person.Pl inform whether i should consult some senior officials in traffic police to check how these traffic official has written wrong thing in my challan and spoken bad about my caste. I was accompanied by one labour who was sitting my back seat when i was driving motor cycle.
