HI Experts,
My wife Has Filed DVC She is working in Software earning Handsome amount will she get the Intrime maintenece .. if court orders what i need to do next.... they are also stating that they have giving huge dowry ... can they ask that as well.

if you have any proof of she is working and getting salary, then you provide before the court, the court will accept, same time you have any children must you have give maintenance to the children.

She won't get any maintenance, if her salary is sufficient for her own maintenance.
However, compensation is a matter of fact, so you please watch out and defend your case well
