My Wife had filed for RCR , and completed here cross examination, her father has filed the chief affidivit in
16-06-1012, and since he is not appearing for cross examination, i have filed the memo for PW2 not appearing in the court, but no sucess. even now the petitioner ,, her father PW2 and even her advocate is not attending the court on many occations.
Last week i had cases in 2 courts same time, my adv had attended RCR , i was in different court attending crpc 125 . the judge has imposed cost of Rs100 since me the respondent is not present in RCR.
dont know what to do. the PW2 is Specical public prosecutor in a different court.
pls suggest, what to do , such that the PW2 comes for cross examination ..
and how to tackel this baised judge..
