without my know collect my cheque and bounce

Respected sir,I had partnership firm in 2009 and at that time my partner get 1 of my signed check without my notice.and now he deposit cheque amounting of 10lacs.now cheque bounce and he send me legal notice through his lawyer.he had made stamp paper on which done my dummy signature in 2011.In the stamp paper not my any .witnesses signature nor it was notarized.he had not any legal proof of rupees told in notice that had given me his life's saving.so plz suggest me what should do? And how much time will take to complete the court judgement? I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Hi,

File a police complaint againt that person for the stolen cheque and using it as an instrument to grab money from you with malafide intentions.

Thanx sir for reply.At that time when I consult lawyer he told me that police will not accept your complaint.And told u that x party had deposited your cheque so u doing cross case again him.lawyer told we will see it in court. plz tell me can I extend this case for 4-5 years?
