My vehicle has been stolen 5 days before. Police denied to take FIR. So, I am trying to make FIR through CJM. The matter delayed as Saturday and Sunday came within these 5 days. Primarily, I have registered the theft to the insurance company and I got a message from them. As still the FIR procedures is not completed, my question is, within how many days the papers to be submitted to insurance company to get claim?
Is driver authorization is required to get claim? As my vehicle has been driven by a driver, is it possible to get claim from insurance with driver's authorization?
