Withdrawal of land case

Last year my uncle has filed civil case against my father for partition of their fathers property but now he is withdrawing his case. The property was already divided in presence of my grand father but with wrong intention he filed case.But anyhow he is withdrawing his case. So now how can we stop him from filing case in future. He just done this case to create problems. What steps should we take 1. Can we file harassment case on him? 2. Can i get Stay from court?
