I need your explanation on the will my mother has wrote ( not registered, but have witeness signtaures).
My mother was expired on 30 March 2013, and she has written a will on 23 march 2013 when she was not well.
During that condition, she just mentioned that she has two houses on XYZ place and said that one hosue belongs to her husbend ( means my father), and other house belongs to me. But she didn't mentioned about the survey numbers/hpuse numbers in the will. Is that will is legal or not?
She didn't gave any property to my sisters. Does my sisters can have any rights in my mothers proepty after having this will?
