Hello everyone...my wife deserted me and now asking divorce from me...in my personal investigation somedays ago i came to know that her name is still active in one marriage beuro and after i visited that marriage beuro that lady called my MIL and asked about her marriage where my MIL told she(my Wife) is not married...after disclosing my marriage facts to the marriage beuro lady she was shocked and told they will try to find out the facts from my MIL and inform me in somedays...can anyone tell me is this information usfeul for me for fighting divorce case as i am not willing to divorce my wife but she is very keen on getting divorce as MCD and wants to remarry as per her moms choice in her cast. her parents are not disclosing our marriage to anyone trying to keep in secret and asking divorce from me. i have not filed any rcr till now neither she has filed any cases for divorce just exchange of notices.
