When can family court recall its own order passed in 125 crpc

Dear Senior learned members of the forum,

Family Court passed final orders of maintenance grant to wife. 2 things were established in the final order:

1. She made incorrect statements on affidavit

2. Record tampering - Original exhibits were replaced by photocopies (I have material proof)

In such case, can an application be filed for recall of order by Family Court? If yes, under what section of CrPC ? Otherwise what is the remedy available to me? My objective is to get order of maintenance cncelled on grounds of fraud.

It is also established that I am jobless and have no earning source. I have preferred Criminal Revision in HC, but it is not heard for over 20 listings now, and arrears are mounting. Meanwhile Wife has cleverly filed 125(3) application in Family Court for execution of order, and not appearing in HC as she knows she will losse in HC.

Please help. Thank you
