After 3 and half year separation, on December 2010, I have filed Divorce under section 13A. Court has sent 4 times Divorce Summon to my wife’s address. But she has not accepted the Summon. 5th time she has accepted the summon and came to the court on Sep 2011. her lawyer did not submit any WS on that day and request for some more time to submit WS. Next date, again they did not submit WS and request for some more time. After 240 days from Sep 2011, on May 2012 court fixed another date for special WS or exparte. That day they did not appear to the court. Court fixed a date for exparte date on Jun2012.

- What is exparte date? When i can get the divorce?
- What they can do (other file) against me?
