In partition deed, does current market circle rate apply to stamp duty and registration fees calculation? Or partition deed can be registered at nominal price?
Our current residence plot is co-owned by three co-owners (non-blood related ), with three floors constructed on it and each co-owner residing one floor of it and we will be applying for freehold of plot in dda and will receive CD in joint name of co-owners. From there we wish divide each floor to respective names, so each co-owner can have clear title for their floor.
For this case, will we need partition deed or can it be achieved through any other method? And will 2% of circle rate apply as registration fees in case of partition deed?
