Dear all,
We are CHS in Maharashtra and secretary of our society has resigned in middle of year.
As per last AGM, we had appointed Secretary and Joint Secretary.
Now Managing Committee is of opinion to appoint joint secretary as new secretary and committee has accepted resignation of old secretary.
But the old secretary is not ready to release charge stating that AGM has to be called for accepting resignation.
Kindly advise what is the process as per bye laws if secretary resigns in middle of the year.
