Husband got RCR decree in his favor, wife returned husband home but conjugal relation not developed due to wife(psychiatric patient)behavior.
AS wife returned to husband home so does it mean RCR is successful without no conjugal relation.
How can husband take divorce at this situation ?

Willfully denying s*x to one's spouse without any reason is mental cruelty and is a reason for divorce, After RCR, if wife is not cooperative with husband cohabitation and s*x. Husband can file divorce.

At this situation husband can file divorce immediate after RCR decree pass to his favor or after 1 year of RCR decree ?
