I signed an employment bond to serve a govt. authority for two years. I left the employement after 9 months. The employer filed a case to recover training expenses (matter is still in court). Now I have joined new department (govt) after two months of quitting first. My ex-employer has written a letter to new stating that i am not relieved of service and no NOC is issued for the job. What are my options?
