DVC AND DIVORCE CASE pending, now wife's lawyer talk to my lawyer give a settlement amount to wife for child future. i also ready to give a reasonable amount to deposit in the name of child. Me, my lawyer and wife's lawyer agreed that amount. After some days wife's father came talk to my lawyer that amount is not sufficient asking around double amount which i sayed.and her father harshly tell If i not agree with that amount court cases continue many years like that. I don't have that much amount but i won't close all cases early with my capacity based settlement. Shall i request in chennai high court " mentioning i ready to give a amount as settlement, I want to close all cases but wife not agree and asking huge money ". Please tell me sir.
