Good Evening:-
I am Srikanh from Tamilnadu-Submitting the following queries.
Our ancestral property which is my grandfather's name was partitioned and registered in 1956.
The area of property is around 6000 sqft. Now its totally enchroached and not reflecting in Govt records .
Post death of my grandfather no one in the family taken initiative about the said property.
As grandsons(me and my cousin brother)to take steps to identify and take possession of our enchroched property.
To seek the remedy from appropriate authorities-How to take it further steps.
