West boundary of flat is not mentioned completely

West boundary of my flat is open to sky and corridor. But it is mentioned has corridor in sale deed. will this cause any problem to me in future. Please suggest.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

Usually all sides/boundaries are mentioned like; West …..ft….. facing corridor of……..ft….

If these are mentioned, it should suffice.

Or obtain proper legal opinion and proceed for correction, if required.
