voter id card

i have a voter id card but last year my name was not at the polling booth where i used to vote from and now we have shifted to new place how to update

Search State Election Officer's website as they have provided full guidance and even advertising such procedure in news papers.

Thank u, one more question. The flat what builder has provided to me is temprory basis. So i dont have a solid address proof what to do

Go to nearest post office and get a certificate on address proof by paying nominal fees.
